Terms Of Service

I GENERAL

1. I retain all rights to the original artwork.

2. Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. It is prohibited to redistribute my work for merchandise, promotion of goods, etc. My artwork can not be used for NFTs or AI projects.

3. I reserve the right to turn down a commission request for any reason I deem reasonable.

4. The client may repost commissioned pieces, with credit to the artist, as long as no profit is being made by the client.

5. Commissions will be posted on my social media, unless the client specifies otherwise.

II PAYMENT

1. Payment will be taken via Paypal in GBP(£). An invoice will be sent for the payment.

2. The client must pay at least 50% of the total commission upfront.

3. The client can receive a full refund if the commission is cancelled before any work has been sent to them i.e. before I send the sketch. If the client cancels the commission after this point the refund amount will depend on the completion level of the piece. Here is a rough basis:

- 90% after the client has received a sketch.
- 50% after basic colours have been added.
- 0% if work if close to completion.

4. The client will receive a full refund if I cancel the commission at any point in the process.

III PROCESS

1. The client can request a commission vie email or Twitter DM (see home page for links). The client should include all reference materials with their commission request.

2. After this they will be given a quote and sent an invoice via Paypal for the agreed upon upfront payment (at least 50% of total commission).

3. I will send an initial sketch of the piece for approval. At this point the client can suggest up to 3 major revisions. Once the sketch has been approved, the client will not be able to request further major revisions.

4. I will send Works in Progress (WIPs) throughout the completion process (linework, flat colours, etc.) to keep the client up to date.

5. The client will receive the final piece once the full amount has been paid.6. Commissions are estimated to take no more than 2 weeks. If there are any delays in the commission's completion, I will notify the client. Furthermore, if a commission is not completed within 90 days of the initial payment being issued, I will issue a full refund.
